This would solve my intermitant connection issues in a heartbeat! However there is no way i can get acess to an afgan server, if there is even such a thing... Any ideas Daft? This will help out all us servicemembers overseas.
Is this meant to bypass packet shaping? If so I would be very interested, since downloads have been cutting for me from FTV.

Packet shaping? You mean a bandwidth analyser that priorituzes certain packet types?
FXP is meant for people who have a download limits on international downloads. But you need a local FTP server where the file can be uploaded. So a packet analyzer will most likely pose the same limits on this than on regular HTTP donwloads.
