How I can download?

When I try to download episodes on fansub tV, the video file turn to small html file.

I only could download from this site once and when I try again after few day, it didn't work

if you used download managers (DAP, Flashget etc.) try to disabled them.

Now it is working but slow and the download stop and can't contiue in the mid of the downloading process

Were Genshiken and School Rumble dropped from this site totally after the company's announcement to Suki? Will any episodes ever be uploaded again, or are they gone forever?

If they're gone forever, can anyone direct me to another direct dl site where I can find them? My university blocks BT so I can use torrent files : (
